Delivery is free around London, Kent and parts of East Sussex using our own van and driver. The driver will require assistance from someone at the drop off location for certain heavy or large items. Please contact us for delivery details outside these areas.

Returns
If you bought the item(s) in-person at our warehouse then we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is somehow faulty.
If you purchased the item(s) on-line or over the telephone, we offer a 14 day returns policy, less the cost of delivery. You will be responsible for the return of the item(s) and insuring that the item(s) are returned to us in the same condition as they were when you received them.
